    Hello everyone!

I would love to come to the junket! Unfortunately I don’t have a boat to bring though. Does anyone need a (not so able but very willing) set of hands? I thought I’d sent a message but can’t seem to find it anywhere! Apologies if this is a duplicate.

    All the best,

    Zachary

    Bonsoir

From June the 6th to June the 9th, just before the Junket in St Malo, there is a old gaffer fest organised in St Malo : Fête maritime du port de St-Malo.

It could be interresting to participate to the two events.

If some one is interested I could take contact with the organisation. Junk rig might be elligible to participate to the old gaffers event.

I wont be there as I'll be sailing from the Semaine du Golfe de Morbihan to the St Malo junket.

    Amicalement

To all junkists in the vicinity (meaning, in the 500 nautical miles radius...).

This is merely a post to bring this topic back on top of the list !

Only 2 boats registered for the moment... Come on, junk enthusiasts !

By the way, the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey) are a short day sail from St Malo, and worth a visit. Paradox will sail there, for sure !

    Bonsoir

A nice area to sail with rocks, tide, wind and probably fair weather.

I join a few charts as it was when I started sailing in the area....something like half a century ago ! (H.G. Hasler - Harbours and anchorages of north coast of Brittany - 1952)

    Bonsoir

The St Malo junketwill take place from Monday June the 16th to Friday June the 20th.

Weather dependant, of course we will try to cruise toward The Rance river, the Causey Island and St Cast le Guildo.

Jersey or Dahouet would be alternatives.

It would be a great start of a Britanny cruise after a stop at the Brixham regata !

    Hello everybody,
I will be there with Paradox, maybe on or 2 crew members, depending.
There may well be an available berth, more if less crew members.
I will sail there whatever the date !
    Patrick
